Quality Control Measures

The quality control measures normally consider the following aspects:

Review of design drawings and specifications & identifying missing (if any)

Coordination with other trade drawings to verify all data & final locations of work to be done by others as required for the placing of electrical work.

Follow up of approval of material and equipment from damage..

Production of working drawings for execution.

Ensuring that the works to be executed in accordance to IEE wiring regulations specially as regards safety.

Testing which would include: insulating megger test on wires and cables, continuity and polarity tests, operational tests on all electrical equipment, Earth continuity and resistance measurements

Preparation of as built drawings, submittal of catalogs and manuals & labelling of circuits and equipment.
